Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

General Conditions Applicable to Returns

Subject to meeting the conditions set out in this Returns and Exchanges section, we offer a returns policy which allows you to return delivered items to us for any reason up to five (5) days after the delivery of your Order.

In Order to qualify for a refund, all items must be returned to us within five (5) days of receipt of Order with the following conditions:

  • The Item(s) must be unused and in full sellable condition in in their original packaging/cover and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached.
  • The item(s) must not be worn, damaged or washed. No item will be accepted if there is a fragrance smell or any stain or pull of thread.
  • Please note that items which are damaged as a result of wear and tear, or by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
  • The return must be accompanied by the original Order confirmation.
  • Any items that are bespoke and/or customized/ made to Order cannot be exchanged or refunded. The sale is final and you are responsible for providing accurate measurements

 

Returns Process

Items can be returned by arranging collection from your delivery address by either:

  3. Returns must be sent to Unit 2, Ras Al Khour Ind 2, Aas Al Khor, Dubai, UAE. All returns shall be subject to a strict QC check. Please note that we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return item. If approved, we will issue a refund of the value of undamaged items duly returned to the same bank account/card details used at purchase, within 15 business days.   4. All returns will incur an admin fee of 100 AED which will be deducted from any refund.
  5. We reserve the right to monitor returns and to refuse Orders from customers with excessive returns levels. Continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to future Orders being refused However nothing in this Returns section is intended to affect any consumer rights that you may have under UAE law.

 

Item Return Policies

Damaged Items and Incorrectly-Fulfilled Orders

All our items are QC checked before delivery. If, however, you receive an item that is damaged on arrival or not the product you ordered, please arrange for the return of the item to us using the Returns Process above.

In addition, for any alleged damaged items we will require photos of the defect or error and your Order details, and we will arrange a replacement or issue a store credit if a replacement is unavailable.

For an incorrectly fulfilled Order, the item must be returned in the exact same condition you received it within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. Replacements may be available depending on stock.

 

Gifted Items

Gifted items and items in gift Orders can only be returned with a gift card refund given to the purchaser of the gift.

 

Promotional and Sale Items

Final Sale Policy:

All items purchased as part of a promotion, flash sale, clearance sale, or with a discount code are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credits unless the item is defective or an incorrect item has been received.

Limited Stock Items:

Many promotional or discounted items are limited in stock, and replacements for exchanges may not be available. In such cases, we will offer a store credit as an alternative.

Excluded Items:

Any Items explicitly marked as “Non-Refundable” or “Final Sale” on the product page are strictly excluded from refunds or exchanges, regardless of circumstances.

Promotional Bundles:

For any bundled offers we may run from time to time, all items in the bundle must be returned together to qualify for a refund or exchange, if applicable.

If only part of the bundle is returned, the discounted price will be adjusted, and the refund amount will reflect the adjusted price.

Colors:

We make every effort to display the colors of our Products as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices may vary, we cannot guarantee that your screens display of a color will be completely accurate.
