Order Delivery

Sarah M current delivery options and pricing is set out in the table below.

Please note that Orders placed beyond our operating hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) or during public holidays will be processed on the first working day following your Order submission. While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, these are estimates, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Delivery timelines may be impacted during promotional periods, sales seasons, or public holidays.

We are not liable for inability to meet delivery timelines or failure to deliver for reasons beyond our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order. It is your responsibility to ensure you are available to receive the Order delivery at the scheduled time. 

Our couriers will attempt to contact you up to three times by phone to confirm the delivery time slot. Additionally, we will make up to three attempts to deliver your Order. If delivery cannot be completed after these attempts, your Order will be cancelled.

 

General Delivery Conditions

Although we are committed to delivering within the timelines as estimated above, please note that the delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Delivery timelines begin from Order confirmation.

Orders are delivered daily, excluding UAE public holidays. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, your Order may be delayed. 

While we are not responsible for any delays caused by force majeure events.
